Composition: 1 tablet contains 500 mg of bee pollen, 55% carbohydrates, 35% protein, 3% vitamins and minerals, 2% fatty acids and 5% other components. Volume: 100 tablets. Directions for use: children under 14 years old - 1 tablet per day, taken in the morning during breakfast. adults - 3 tablets per day, preferably taken with meals.
